■ステートメント
生活のツールでもあり、社会現象にもなっているツイッター。
遊びで他愛もない内容を発したり、時には議論をしたりと個々によって用途は随分と変わってくる。
日本では「言論の自由」が当たり前だと思っていたが、そうではなかった。
ツイッター・ジャパン社のトップは安倍総理と2ショットを撮り、内閣官房の内部組織の一つに内閣情報調査室（略称は内調）という組織が存在し、雇われた人々が一日中パソコンとにらめっこし、安倍政権の批判をするようなツイートはツイッター社に依頼し、削除したりリツイート数を操作したり、時にはアカウントごと凍結してしまうという横暴。
少なくとも日本に住む青い鳥は、現政権に飼いならされているのだろう。
そんな意味を込め、首には”自民党の鎖”が巻かれている。

■Statement
Twitter has become both a tool for daily life and a social phenomenon.
Its uses vary greatly from person to person, from posting trivial things for fun to engaging in debates.
In Japan, I thought "freedom of speech" was a given, but that wasn't the case.
The head of Twitter Japan took a photo with Prime Minister Abe, and within the Cabinet Secretariat, there exists an organization called the Cabinet Intelligence and Research Office (abbreviated as Naicho), where employees stare at computers all day, and they request Twitter to delete tweets that criticize the Abe administration, manipulate retweet counts, and sometimes even freeze entire accounts—a truly abusive practice.
At least the "bluebirds" living in Japan are likely tamed by the current administration.
With that in mind, the "LDP chains" are wrapped around their necks.
