■ステートメント
2020年春、新型コロナウイルスが世界的に大流行してしまい東京オリンピックをはじめ様々なイベントの中止や、工場での生産や店舗での販売やサービスも行えなくなった。そして世界中の人々は約1ヶ月以上の間、不要不急の外出もしなくなり、人間は病に怯え経済的にも大打撃を受けた。
しかし、我々人間が経済活動を休止すると空気や水が綺麗になり、希少な野生の動物も姿を見せるようになった。また長年課題になっていたオゾンホール（オゾン層の穴）が埋まったという報告までもされた。
このたった約1ヶ月の間で地球は環境を改善したという結果が出たということは、地球や他の動植物にとってのウイルスは人間であり、新型コロナウイルスは地球にとってワクチンだったのかもしれない。

■Statement
In the spring of 2020, the novel coronavirus became a global pandemic, leading to the cancellation of various events, including the Tokyo Olympics, and halting factory production, store sales, and services. People around the world stayed indoors for over a month, fearing illness and suffering a devastating economic blow.
However, when humans ceased economic activity, the air and water became cleaner, and rare wild animals began to reappear. There were even reports that the long-standing ozone hole (a gap in the ozone layer) had filled.
The fact that the Earth's environment improved in just about a month suggests that humans may be the virus to the Earth and other living things, and the novel coronavirus may have been a vaccine for the Earth.
